Jeff was a pioneer in developing build-and-buy investment strategies for the ERP software space, acting as founder and CEO of both Consona and Forterro. At each one, Jeff evolved a single, midmarket ERP company into a 12-product international software group. Today, combined, Consona and Forterro are valued at $4.7 billion and serve tens of thousands of industrial companies. Prior to his time at Forterro and Consona, Jeff held CEO positions at several other software companies, including Millenium Dynamics, iKnowledge Inc., EC Cubed, and Zeborg.

Corbin launched his career in the PE world, serving as an associate at Battery Ventures, before partnering with Jeff as CFO of Forterro, where he helped grow the company tenfold while overseeing finance, administration, HR, legal, and M&A for the group.
Corbin also maintains several board advisory positions for a number of software companies, including Gung AB and BookReport, and advises Ingressive Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm.
COO
Richard has more than 25 years of technology leadership, sales, and consulting experience, having worked with some of the world’s leading companies including Siemens, Standard Life, AIG, Virgin Media, Telefonica, Starbucks and Pepsi. Previously, Richard was the GM of abas Software—Forterro’s largest acquisition—as well as Forterro’s SVP of Professional Services & Customer Success and CIO. Earlier in his career, he started and headed Smartsheet’s enterprise business and held several executive roles at Consona.
CMO
Melissa has 20+ years of experience in the ERP / application software space, having overseen teams responsible for demand generation, corporate communications, business development, product marketing, and HR at Forterro, and before that Consona. Throughout her career, she has led due diligence, deal communications, and integrations for more than 20 PE-led M&A processes and developed strategies around culture, communication, brand, and marketing for two international, multi-product software groups.
Technology Board Advisor
Steve has over 20 years of experience as a CTO, including acquisition due diligence, integration of acquired firms, and continuous improvement of both R&D operations and product architectures in the US, Europe, India, and Morocco.
Earlier in his career, Steve served in technical management positions at several Fortune 500 companies, holding responsibility for software design, consulting, and global IT infrastructure growth. He is a published author and U.S. patent holder.
