Brian Branecky serves as the director of strategic finance and corporate development for Mirador Software Group. He joined the firm with nearly a decade of strategic finance experience in the application software space.
Prior to joining Mirador, Brian spent seven years at Forterro, doing financial planning and analysis for the international multi-product software group, as well as strategic modeling for the company's M&A engine. Brian also played a key role in the financial integration and onboarding for the company's acquisitions, and supported the firm's storied billion-dollar sale to Partner's Group in 2022.
Brian started his career in private equity, holding internships at both Vista Equity Partners and Ovation Partners.
Brian holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
